The Biggest Grouse

They've had bullets aimed at their foreheads,

Laatis rained on them for defying the 'Rule'.

They've spent countless years locked up in a cell.

Braved atrocities and yearned for Freedom.

And fought many a battle, to win us Independence.

And the biggest grouse we have, is that

this year Independence Day falls on a Sunday?
